We utilise the latest in 5 axis CNC machining, CNC turning & multi-axis CNC machining equipment for quality cost effective components & turned parts needed UK wide.

Our CNC machined parts are fitted on Nuclear submarines, they are orbiting Mars and are being used to manufacture medical consumables and equipment, they are stopping oil leaks deep under the sea as well as being raced around Brands Hatch most weekends.

We supply Aerospace OEM parts as well as supplying Allied Air Forces with key components and assemblies.

Our minimum order quantity is 1 off. CNC machining of small batches are not an issue to Bridwey. We work with most material grades.

Automotive & Motorcycle

We supply components and assemblies for various low volume manufacturers, providing economical production runs of machined parts. Prototype parts for conceptual systems and concept vehicles. Our unique fast reaction service allows quick efficient manufacturing of parts that can be fitted to a vehicle and tested within a week of the design being completed.

Commercial

We work with industries around the UK, manufacturing commercial parts for all industries. Bridwey supply a lot of machined parts for the fabrication’s industry. Along with specialist test equipment and measuring fixtures, some the same diameter as wide bodied jets.

Aerospace

We supply OEM equipment to two major airplane manufacturers via our key customers. We manufacture development and test equipment as well as mechanical handling equipment for a major European aircraft engine manufacturer. We supply all the hardware for a range of military flight simulation equipment along with hardware and spares for fighter pilots G Suits and the machined parts for flight suit environmental controls.

Defence

Machined parts and assemblies for Chemical Weapons isolation equipment. Machined parts for an International supplier of state of the art disrupters. Machined parts and assemblies for terrestrial and marine ROV’s. Hardware for HALO operations Parts and Assemblies used on the F35 JSF and on the Eurofighter programs. Significant content to the UK armoured vehicle industry. Hardware for sensors, vision systems and other high precision military assemblies.

Motorsport

Specialists in F1 development parts & wind tunnel pre production parts. Low volume production parts. Brake calliper mountings. Engine brackets. Quick shift hardware, axles & shafts.

Nuclear

We manufacture specialist valves and valve seats and other safety-critical hardware for various International clients. Some parts are manufactured using specially forged materials where the material costs alone are unimaginable. We supply these parts with complete traceability through to the NDT inspector’s qualifications. We control all processes providing a robust traceability trail with records stored indefinitely.

Marine

We manufacture hardware for sub-sea measuring equipment, for ROV and UAV as well as parts and fixtures for racing yachts. We also supply valve gears for the sub sea oil and gas industries as well as making many legacy parts for the Vanguard class nuclear submarines and current production parts for the Astute class.
