Military parts PDQ: A major defence industry supplier was put under enormous pressure to supply a special part, there was no drawing, no tooling just a few sample parts. Our client had been unable to locate a supplier and yet they had to meet the orders by a particular date so as not to jeopardise other multi-million dollar contracts. Encapsulation Moulds: A prestigious company we supply with machined components recently requested we repair some moulds for them. The moulds were is a bad condition and did not meet their requirements. We took on a project to improve the mould designs, make them self cleaning and to prevent flash being formed on the end product. We did this under budget and on time.
